Mr. Bassam has more than 32 years experience in teaching the technique of violin playing as per Russian, British and Japanese methods. He was a member of many Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, performing in Lebanon, Morocco, Tunis, Spain, France and Canada.

Before lessons begin, Mr. Bassam prefers to meet his students to introduce them to the instrument. Afterwards, students should have their own violin, music stand and shoulder rest. Books will be provided unless they have their own.

Children as young as five years old or older can start studying with Mr. Bassam.

Mr. Bassam recommends two lessons per week to help you progress better. He also recommends daily practices. It’s far better to practice an hour a day than 3 hours twice a week. Learning an instrument is about repetition and finger memory.

Yes. You require your instrument. Buying your very first instrument can be a little intimidating. Mr. Bassam will help you buy the one just right for you.

If you are to miss a lesson, you are required to notify Mr. Bassam 24 hours prior to your lesson. In this case a make up lesson will be scheduled in the next 30 days, Mr. Bassam will reschedule up to 2 lessons in a 3 months period.
